Property People Surveying (PPS) first started in Perth, WA in 1986, trading under the name of “Strata Starters”.
Initially, our enterprises were directed at residential and commercial Strata Titling as the advent of the 1985 Strata Titles Act created a niche in the market for a surveying firm specialising in the requirements of the Strata Titles Act.
Under the ownership of Cliff Kemp, Managing Director of PPS, the company has evolved to become a leader in the niche market catering to the first-time land developer as well as larger developments for our more experienced developers.
PPS is a licensed and insured, full service firm providing our surveying services throughout the Perth metropolitan area. Our staff are qualified and experienced professionals who are committed to meeting the needs of our clients in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.
